Public Engagement Calendar
This page includes all upcoming and past opportunities for the public to get involved in Marathon’s NY Forward program. Please note that all LPC meetings are open to the public and time will be reserved for public comment at the end of each LPC meeting.
Presentations and meeting summaries for each public meeting and Local Planning Committee (LPC) meeting will be made available on the Documents page as they are completed.

Brief presentation followed by a poster gallery open house with information about potential projects submitted through the Open Call.
Attendees will:
Learn more about potential projects being considered by the Local Planning Committee
Share feedback about which projects would be most beneficial for the downtown area
Hear how public feedback collected this summer informed the vision and goals for downtown
Open Call for Projects Closes
Project proposals must be received no later than 4:00PM on 8/22/25.
Open Call for Projects Drop-In Office Hours
Consultant team will be available to answer questions.
